Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • Minimum Age 19. We have a candidate that got hired at the age of 50!!!!!
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality and or Sales (Any job with the public)
  • Must be a US citizen or have the legal right to accept employment in the United States
  • Must have valid passports/documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United State
  • Pass a 10 year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Able to Read, write, and converse fluently in English. The ability to read and converse fluently in another language is a plus but not required
  • Must be dependable, energetic, outgoing, a team player and demonstrate leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, days, weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
  • Must be willing to relocate within one or two hours driving time of assigned domicile
  • Minimum height is between 5'0-5'1 and the Maximum ranges between 5'8-6'3
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Required to attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training
